An employee evaluation form doesn’t do much good unless you have a standard by which to compare the employee during the evaluation.

We have two free sample employee evaluation forms for you.  Our clients base their quarterly employee evaluations on a job’s Key Accountabilities. Key Accountabilities are what the job requires of the employee for superior performance.  A position’s Key Accountabilities are determined by a team of subject matter experts who work for the company and know the job well – usually 3-5 of the best people in a job and their manager. 

The Key Accountabilities you’ll see here were determined by an actual company, fictitiously identified as XYZ Transport.  The team identified these statements during The Estes Group’s Job Benchmarking process.  The purpose of Job Benchmarking is to ensure that a company will hire, develop, and retain superior performers, making employee evaluations a pleasure.
