An employee evaluation form isn’t of much use unless you have a standard to compare the employee to during the evaluation.
We have two free sample forms for you. Our clients base their quarterly employee evaluations on a job’s Key Accountabilities. Key Accountabilities are what the job requires of the employee for superior performance. A position’s Key Accountabilities are determined by a team of subject matter experts who work for the company and know the job well – usually 3-5 of the best people in a job and their manager.
The Key Accountabilities you’ll see here were determined by an actual transportation company, fictitiously identified as XYZ Transport. The team identified these statements during The Estes Group’s Job Benchmarking process. The purpose of Job Benchmarking is to ensure that a company will hire, develop, and retain superior performers.
